How to Submit a Support Ticket
If you're having an issue or question, our support team is here to help.
Step 1: Log in to the Client Area
Go to Client Area and log in.
Step 2: Open a New Ticket
- Click Support > Open Ticket
- Select the appropriate department:
- General Support
- Game Server Support
- Billing
- Abuse Reports
Step 3: Fill in the Ticket Form
Include as much detail as possible, such as:
- Type of service (e.g. Minecraft VPS)
- Server ID or IP address
- What issue you're experiencing
- Any error messages or screenshots
Once submitted, you can view and reply to your tickets via the client area or your email.
