Service Level Goals
- Domain Registration: Domains are typically registered within 30 minutes of payment clearance.
- Renewals: Customers are notified 30 days before their domain is due for renewal, and the renewal process takes place immediately upon payment.
- Transfers: Domain transfer requests are processed within 1 business day.
After-Hours and Emergency Support
For critical domain issues outside of business hours, we offer emergency support. Please log a ticket marked "Urgent" and we will respond within 12 hours.
